Coconut-Pecan Bundt Cake

A friend gave me this recipe. Colette and I baked one this morning. Enjoy!

Coconut-Pecan Bundt Cake

Betty Crocker Butter Pecan cake mix (found at Wal-Mart)
4 eggs
1 cup oil
Mix together with mixer.

1 can Coconut Pecan Frosting
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Add to cake mixture and stir well (I continue to use mixer)

Prepare a bundt cake pan by spraying it with Pam and then coating with sugar.

Pour batter evenly into pan and bake in 325-350 degree (cooks best in my oven at 325) preheated oven for 1 hour 5 minutes. Leave it in the pan to cool for 10-20 minutes before turning out onto plate.

Freezes well...if any is left. :)
